How To Brew The Perfect Kadak Chai:

1. Bring 150ml water to a rolling boil
2. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of BETEAYA CTC
3. Boil for 2 minutes — watch the colour deepen
4. Add milk to taste — 50/50 is our recommendation
5. Add sugar, adrak or elaichi as desired
6. Strain and serve immediately
