Oolong is the tea most people haven't tried yet. This is a good place to start.

Our Amber Oolong is semi-oxidised — it sits between green and black, picking up the floral brightness of one and the warmth of the other. First brew: floral, orchid-like. Second brew: deeper, more toasty. The leaf holds up across 3–4 steeps.

50g is the right amount to brew it properly a few times and decide if you love it. (Most people do.)

Semi-oxidised. Hand-rolled. Moran, Assam.

Floral orchid notes. Smooth, toasty finish.

Multi-brew — holds up to 3–4 steeps.

Brew at 85–90°C. 2–3 mins.
